Bid Management and Project Optimization

          We help clients in the redesign and optimization of the project returns and bid competitiveness.

In addition to excellent local contacts and local partners, Solpex Energy offers a holistic view and can optimize all commercial, financial, technical and legal aspects, mitigating risks and maximizing the project success.

          We can support our clients from the bid preparation stage, and we will walk together with them until they have achieved financial close of the project. After financial close, we can also supervise construction of the power plant and commissioning up to the date of commercial operation.
