Research, Analysis and Negotiation of PPA

 

          The continuous search of PPAs in all the markets in which we have been present has constituted a necessity for finding the viability of the projects that our team has carried out through many years, as it has happened in more than 12 countries where we have successfully developed solar business.

 

          Thereby, Solpex Energy can perfectly act as strategic consultant participating in each project not only as the subcontract firm to find PPA's project, but also as an strategic partner with a main task, to struggle in each phase of the development, promotion, procurement, financing and building of the project, making it more attractive and valuable. 

 

 

          Our task as strategic consultant is based on the four fundamental pillars to drive a promotion to the ideal end:

 

          1. Technical and commercial asistance to prepare the project, analyzing its weaknesses and strengths from our experience to give it the exactly approach needed by the final or intermediate client of the project, such as investment funds and family offices, Lenders, IPPS, offtakers, EPCs, etc.

 

          2. Asistance in the commercial phase of the project, opening different bussines opportunities, always complementaries ones to others.

 

          3. Owner's engineering and asistance for negotiations with EPCs and subcontracts, as well as asistance in the optimization of the purchase process (Procurement).

 

          4. Asistance for the identification and negotiation with the different Lenders which can finance the project, and structuring of the Lender with the final client, PPA and the EPC project.
